My research focuses on developing energy-efficient compute substrates through innovations spanning emerging memory technologies, novel devices, circuit prototyping, and new compute paradigms. The goal is to integrate ideas across the computing stack, including materials, hardware, and algorithms, to surpass the performance limitations of conventional computing.
