As part of the Power System Group at IIT BHU, I am always looking for interested undergraduate and qualified postgraduate students to start their research career with my research group at the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT (BHU) Varanasi. Students with good academic records and related research interests are encouraged to apply for the Ph.D. and Master's degree programs. Once you are admitted to postgraduate programs under IIT BHU, feel free to drop me an email or stop by my office. The research works will primarily focus on power system operation and control, distribution network management, TSO-DSO coordination, microgrids, EV charging station planning and operation, grid resiliency enhancement, etc. A strong mathematical foundation, a solid understanding of power system operations, and coding skills in MATLAB/Python/any other programming language are needed. 

Research-focused undergraduate students from other institutes are encouraged to email their resumes/CVs for possible summer/winter internships.
