Dr.C.V.Raman hostel is one of the oldest hostel of IIT (BHU). It has 200 rooms for the students to stay. Hostel has high speed Wi-Fi as well as LAN internet facility for all rooms.

The atmosphere inside the hostel is green. Three messes are run here to eat food. And a canteen has been arranged for a little food in the night so that the boys do not have trouble. There is table tennis and badminton game inside the hostel to play. And for entertainment, there is also a provision of television in the common room.
